Taipei Eats: Penis Hotdog, Shilin Night Market

Yes, you read the title correctly. I did not believe it when I heard about this food for the first time either. But they exist! Interested? Let's dive in Shilin Night Market.

The hotdog stall is located near a temple in the middle of the night market (wait? a temple? This make it sounds very wrong indeed. LOL)

The colourful sign can be easily spotted. 

As you can see, the penis come in many colors. One hotdog costs 60NTD. I went with my girl friends to this stall and I admitted we kinda giggled upon this finding. XD

My daring friend opted for the green-coloured penis. We could not stop laughing when she ordered that. Actually you don't have to feel embarassed because this "unique" delicacy is popular with tourists too. And yes, it comes with one size, so if you want to try other food in the night market, I suggest you share the penis..uuh, hotdog. 

It tastes pretty sweet, if you are curious. =P
