Korean food idea: Ddeokbokki Pasta
The ddeokbokki pasta was actually a fusion food which used to be sold by Ministry of Food in Jakarta, Indonesia. But when I came back home few months ago, the restaurant was no longer around. Sad.
Just thinking about it makes me hungry. #weakmind
I personally quite like the idea of using ddeokbokki as a substitute for pasta. If I have my own kitchen (I am renting a room with come with no cooking clause. Bummer!), I would love to try creating this dish myself. A ddeokbokki cream sauce pasta.
