Singapore Eats: Pasta Brava, Tanjong Pagar
"There's nothing more romantic than Italian food" Elisha Cuthbert
And with that way of thinking alone, my bestie and I decided to celebrate a "romantic" Christmas together last year at Pasta Brava.
The menu is kinda innovative. Hahaha.
Pasta Brava puts a basket of chalks on every table. This is to allow guests (especially those with kids) to doodle on the tablecloth. Italian food may take some time to cook so this will divert the hungry kids' attention for a while. I have to say doodling with chalks diverts my attention too.
1. Risotto al funghi porcini (S$24)
Risotto is yummy and you can definitely feel the mushroom.
2. Half portion of Mezelune Ripiene Di Zucca and another half of Ravioli Con Carne Di Manzo Al Gorgonzola (S$23.50)
You can order two kind of pasta in Pasta Brava. To summarize the above order, we had a craving for filled-pasta like ravioli so the reddish one on the right is filled with pumpkin while the white one on the left is filled with minced meat. Both very cheesy so if you like your cheese, you will love the filled-pasta at Pasta Brava.
3. Tiramisu
My forever-favorite must have dessert in Italian restaurant. <3
Pasta Brava is located at 11 Craig Road. It's within walking distance from Tanjong Pagar MRT. For more details, please refer to the map below.
