You can see the waterfall once you have alighted from the train. The water looks white-ish from a distance. We visited the waterfall back then in late April. 

My camera lens cannot capture the whole length of the waterfall. So here is the bottom part of the waterfall. 

The volume of the water is not a lot that day so we managed to see the rocks below the river. Okay, that's supposed to be a river when the waterfall is overflowing with water from the rains. XD

You can take the cable car ride for NTD220 (not sure if there is a change to the price) to bring you on the top of the mountain. But the cable car looks kinda unnerving from below so we, the cowardice, decided not to ride it. XD
