Jakarta Eats: Sushi Groove, Mal Taman Anggrek
Keep calm and sushi on. Although it's hard to keep calm when you happen to be at your hometown because you can't wait to munch on all the food available in that town. Since I live in the West side of Jakarta, Mal Taman Anggrek has kinda become a weekly affair since my school days (okay, since it's built I suppose). Today, we are going to go to level 4 and make our way to...Sushi Groove.
Fire Island Roll, which is described as spicy unagi roll topped with torched beef. Yup, that's beef on top of the sushi.
Mum is not a sushi eater, so she sticks to her favourite Japanese curry. Katsu curry don again for the mum.
Overall, the food is not bad but I prefer Sushi Tei over Sushi Groove. But there's no Sushi Tei in Mal Taman Anggrek so yeah...
