Singapore Eats: Buffet Dinner at Town Restaurant, Fullerton Hotel
I love birthday. Especially when the person having birthday invited me to celebrate his/her birthday by having a feast. On the special occasion for a certain friend, we booked a table at Town Restaurant in Fullerton Hotel. For a start, this is the view from inside the restaurant.
As usual, I start from the cold platter. All the juicy prawns...yum!
Smoked salmon. The lighting did not do justice to the salmon. But they are pretty good. I prefer the prawns though.
Each table is entitled to a serving of lobster. This is based on how many people are sitting on that table. One person each (unless your friend did not see and you manage to finish two in one munch).
Other than the seafood, Town Restaurant also serves dim sum dishes and satay.
Town Restaurant also has tempura items. Everything deep fried basically. I do not particularly like the fried stuff.
Moving right along to the dessert bar, I always love eating the sweet stuff.
Not many options available but Town Restaurant serves decent desserts. =)
I could not find the buffet price at Fullerton Hotel's website. If you are interested, you can give the restaurant a call at +65 6877 8128 to enquire about the price and reserve a table at the same time. Fullerton Hotel is located at Raffles Area and the hotel is facing Singapore River.
