Singapore Cafe: Sunday Rendezvous at Froth Cafe, Middle Road
On an another catch up session with S, a busy body combat trainee nowadays, she brought me to Froth Cafe at Big Hotel. Seems like she knows a lot of hidden cafes now that she often hangs out with her gym buddies. Hehe.
Froth Cafe is located at the basement level of Big Hotel. It is practically visible from upstairs so you will not miss it when you reach Big Hotel.
Truffle fries is a must for S. She loves it.
Crab meat spaghetti served with fried buns (mantau). Quite unique pasta because so far I have never seen any pasta served with fried mantau before.
Cereal crumbs chicken wings. Another unique dish. Super crunchy!
Taro Waffles served with Earl Grey Ice Cream. I love the waffle. Although I have to admit, I am easily pleased with any waffle. LOL.
The taro waffles looks pretty too. Lovely dessert, isn't it?
Froth Cafe is not exactly near to any MRT stations in Singapore. But it is within walking distance from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. The complete address of Froth Cafe is 200 Middle Road.
