Wonder Full, the Southeast Asia's Largest Light and Water Show

I find Marina Bay Sands to be quite an amazing feat for Singapore tourism. Not only it has an awesome pool at the top of the building, Marina Bay Sands also offers a lot of entertainment to its visitors. And I am not referring to the casino alone. For this entertainment, you need to come to Marina Bay Sands when the sun has set.

Okay, when I took the picture, the sun has not really set yet but nonetheless, I like how the picture turned out. =P

It's Southeast Asia's largest light and water show called Wonder Full. The show is free for public and it is held at Event Plaza at the Promenade. The spraying water is basically used as a screen when the colorful lights are projected for a number of projectors, and hence, creating a moving animation.

The whole performance takes 13 minutes and since it's free, there are no allocated seats to watch the light show. The free seating is based on first come first basis. Although, to be honest with you, you don't really need to sit to enjoy the light show as it is clearly visible from wherever you stand at the Event Plaza.

Whoa! I love it when the water fountain turns purple (or lit in purple light to be exact). Hehe.

Wonder Full show is held everyday (if the weather permits). From Sunday to Thursday, it will be shown at 8pm and 9.30pm while on Friday and Saturday, it will be shown at 8pm, 9.30pm and 11pm.

The Helix Bridge has already been lit when we made our way back to City Hall after the the show was over. <3
