Hong Kong Travel: Toki Doki Exhibition at K11, Tsim Sha Tsui
K11 is a mall at Tsim Sha Tsui which is directly connected to the underground passage to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Other than the usual restaurants, cafes, clothing and make up boutiques, K11 often offers an art exhibition for a certain period of time. When we passed by, it happened to be a Toki Doki Exhibition.
Okay, so what is this Toki Doki? It is a Japanese inspired lifestyle brand designed by Italian artist, Simone Legno. The design is so popular so that Toki Doki has collaborated with a number of high names such as Levi's, LeSportSac and Hello Kitty too. Let's meet a number of the characters!
For a start, hello Donutella. If donuts are this cute, I don't think I can eat them without feeling guilty. Haha.

My friend trying to get closer to the Japanese girl in the painting. There's a unicorn and a grim reaper, Adios at the bottom of the painting.
This painting is a collaboration between Sanrio characters and Toki Doki. Hello Kitty sushi?
The artist himself has popped by to make a caricature on the drawboard. He really has a creative mind. Hmm, maybe I should start buying something with Toki Doki design. =P
Toki Doki has its online e-store (see here) so you can buy apparels/bags/shoes with Toki Doki's design if you like it.
