10D9N Spring Japan Trip: Omotesando, the Champs-Elysees of Japan
Omotesando is a hip avenue located in Shibuya and it is stretching from the entrance of Meiji Shrine to Aoyama-dori where Omotesando Station is situated. Somehow Omotesando gives me the same vibe as Champs-Elysees in Paris.
One of the latest addition in Omotesando is the shopping complex called Omotesando Hills. We did not really have the time to venture into the shopping complex unfortunately.
A lot of high fashion street brand can be found in Omotesando. You can also see a lot of cafes. For instance, there is a MOS cafe on top of fashion store named Muse. We only have MOS Burger in Singapore. I wonder what does MOS Cafe sell. Hehe.
A church in Omotesando. Do you realise that there are a lot of trees here at Omotesando. If you come here in December, the trees will be decorated in beautiful Christmas lights and Omotesando will turn into the most romantic and beautiful avenue in Japan.
The entrance of Omotesando Hills, which used to be a residential apartment. I suppose there is some parts of Omotesando Hills which is designed for residential but I don't dare to imagine how much does it cost to live here, which is considered a prime area in Tokyo.
Picard has a flagship store here along Omotesando. I don't really see this brand often but I guess it must be famous. Another high quality leather goods, perhaps?
